I
am currently completing my MBA with an emphasis in IT at Oakland
University, Rochester, Michigan. I find great reward in the challenge of
investigating and solving workflow problems, especially those of technology
application. Successful solutions involve
not only the application of IT knowledge, but interviewing, educating and
counseling users and helping them find the ‘best fit’ for their
task. I am interested in finding a
position that helps me take advantage of my consensus building, listening and
writing skills in an organization with a creative culture.
Studio
photographer position which included work with high resolution digital and film
based systems as well as user-side support for both hardware and
software. In September of 2006, Meridian
was acquired by Schawk IMR and operations moved to Chicago, IL. Although I was offered a position in Chicago, I chose to remain in Michigan in order to pursue my MBA. Since June of 2002 till 2006 I served as lead photographer for the Franks
Nursery and Crafts weekly circulars produced by Meridian Advertising. I also
provided on-site troubleshooting of studio information systems and serve as a
digital photography consultant to the rest of the staff.
